The 3-day body-oriented (Core Energetics) self-awareness workshop focuses on the joy of being fully present with your life force in the here and now and its meaning for your life.

Through various exercises you will get in touch with your blocked energy, feel and understand why and where you are holding back your desire in your body. Through awareness, movement and surrender you will release tension and feel your desire / life force flowing.

The workshop will be held in English.
