Μία εμπειρία ανάκτησης της δύναμης που κρύβει το σώμα μας, της θέσης μας στον κόσμο, της ζωτικότητας μας στο παρόν και της ασφάλειας που μας παρέχει η αναπνοή μέσα από τεχνικές Core Energetics. Θα συνδεθούμε με την χαρά και την πληρότητα που μπορούμε να εισπράξουμε από το σώμα μας, κάτι τόσο απλό αλλά συνάμα και τόσο αναγκαίο στη δύσκολη αυτή περίοδο που διανύουμε. Στο σεμινάριο θα υπάρξει χρόνος για μοίρασμα, ενώ θα δοθεί χρόνος και για την θεωρητική προσέγγιση κάποιων βασικών αρχών του Core Energetics.

Το Core Energetics είναι μια εξελικτική μέθοδος, η οποία αναπτύχθηκε από τον John Pierrakos. Οδηγεί στην απελευθέρωση μπλοκαρισμάτων τα οποία μας εμποδίζουν από το να ζούμε μία «γεμάτη» ζωή, επιτρέποντας να βιώσουμε την ομορφιά του ποιοι είμαστε και του τι μπορούμε να δημιουργήσουμε.

Ο Κωνσταντίνος Ρεπάνης είναι απόφοιτος του Ινστιτούτου Core Energetics Greece. Εργάζεται στην Αθήνα με άτομα κάθε ηλικίας, ομάδες, και συντονίζει σεμινάρια και εργαστήρια. Είναι βοηθός καθηγητή στο Ινστιτούτο Core Energetics Greece και απόφοιτος Δραματικής Σχολής.

Η Λαμπρινή Μίχου είναι Core Energetics Practitioner και πιστοποιημένη δασκάλα του Zhinegh Qigong. Έχει σπουδές στην εκπαίδευση και στον κινηματογράφο. Υπήρξε βοηθός καθηγητή για δύο χρόνια στην τετραετή εκπαίδευση του Επαγγελματικού Προγράμματος Core Energetics  Greece και εργάζεται ατομικά και με ομάδες.

*Παρακαλείσθε να έχετε μαζί σας πιστοποιητικό εμβολιασμού και ταυτότητα ή rapid test48 ωρών. Επίσης σας ζητούμε λόγω της τρέχουσας κατάστασης να προσέλθετε 15 λεπτά πριν την έναρξη, για την διεξαγωγή δωρεάν self-test. Τέλος, καλό είναι να φοράτε άνετα ρούχα για να μπορείτε να κινείστε ελεύθερα.

Getting to know Core Energetics

An experiential presentation of the Body-Psychotherapy method Core Energetics with Lamprini Michou and Konstantinos Repanis

This will be a reclaiming experience; reclaiming the power that is hidden in our bodies, our place in the world, our aliveness in the present moment and the safety that our breath provides us through the Core Energetics techniques. We will connect to the joy and the fulfillment that we can receive from our body, something truly simple and at the same time so very needed during these challenging times we are facing. There will be time during the workshop for sharing, as well as time for some theoretical background on Core Energetics’ fundamental principles.

Core Energetics is an evolutionary process of deepening into ourselves and of releasing our various bodily, mental and emotional blockages that keep us stuck and prevent us from living a fulfilled and authentic life.

Konstantinos Repanis is a Core Energetics Practitioner. He practices in Athens and works with individuals and groups and leads seminars and workshops. He is an assistant teacher in the Institute of Core Energetics Greece and also a graduate of Drama School.

Lamprini Michou is a Core Energetics Practitioner and a certified instructor of Zhinegh Qigong. She has studies in Education and Cinematography. She was an assistant teacher in the Institute of Core Energetics Greece for two years. She practices in Athens working with individuals and groups.

*Please have your vaccination certificate and your ID or a negative rapid test with you. Also, due to the current situation we would like you to be in the venue 15 minutes earlier to conduct a free self-test. Finally, please make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes so you can move freely.
