Daniela Zambrana is a highly skilled Core Energetics Practitioner with a thriving private practice. Boasting a rich educational background, Daniela holds a certificate in psychological counseling and has studied international business management, coaching, and consulting. She is the visionary behind Bridges to Self,  leading transformative process groups and workshops in Core Energetics internationally and “Bridges to Leadership”, empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.

Gyasi Bramos Hantman serves as the Associate Director for the Institute of Core Energetics Greece, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. As an accredited therapist, Gyasi holds a licensed degree in social work and a B.A. in Psychology. In addition to managing a private practice, he passionately facilitates groups and workshops throughout Europe, inspiring countless individuals on their journey toward personal growth and self-discovery

CORE ENERGETICS is life changing work which invites the fullness of our life force, opens up our heart, grounds us in the integrity of who we really are, and supports us in bringing forth our unique gifts. Energy and consciousness are assessed through targeted body techniques that open awareness of suppressed feelings and engages the energy system in ways that allow us to go beyond our “comfort zone”. The Core work taps into blocks sources of energy that can then be integrated and grounded. This creates an expanded sense of who we are as we assess more aliveness, discover new inner resources, express our creativity, embrace our sexuality, and open our hearts to deepen our connection to self and others.
