Introductory workshop of the body psychotherapy method Core Energetics. In this workshop, we will explore the basic principles and techniques of Core Energetics, in theory and in practice, through various experientials.

In the second part of the workshop, there will be a screening of a short film about the life and work of  Dr. John Pierrakos, founder of Core Energetics. This workshop is aimed at psychologists, psychotherapists, people who study dance, movement, therapy, and/or people who simply want to deepen their personal transformational journey. The workshop will be held in Greek and English.

The cost for the 3hr workshop is €20. This is a suggested price, all are welcomed to contribute what they can. No one will be denied due to the cost. All are welcomed.

Myrto Charalampous is a Core Energetics Practitioner who graduated from the Greek institute in 2018. With theatre and dance studies (Ph.D. in performance practices) she is working with individuals and groups offering movement classes and core energetics sessions. 

Marilena Cavazi is a Core Energetics Practitioner and Assistant teacher at the Institute of Core Energetics Greece since 2019. She works with individuals and offers workshops for groups as well as Bodywork classes. She has a background in professional acting and writing.

Σεμινάριο εισαγωγής στη μέθοδο σωματικής ψυχοθεραπείας Core Energetics. Στο σεμινάριο θα παρουσιαστούν βασικές έννοιες και τεχνικές της μεθόδου σε συνδυασμό με βιωματική εμπειρία των συμμετεχόντων. 

Στο δεύτερο μέρος, θα προβληθεί ταινία μικρού μήκους για τη ζωή και το έργο του Τζον Πιερράκος, ιδρυτή της μεθόδου. Το σεμινάριο απευθύνεται σε ψυχολόγους, ψυχοθεραπευτές/τρεις, όσους/ες ασχολούνται με τον χορό, την κίνηση, τη θεραπεία αλλά και όσους/ες θέλουν να εξελίξουν το προσωπικό τους ταξίδι. Το σεμινάριο θα διεξαχθεί στα ελληνικά και αγγλικά.

Το κόστος του 3ωρου σεμιναρίου είναι €20 (προτεινόμενη τιμή, με ελεύθερη συνεισφορά. Κανείς δεν θα μείνει εκτός, όλοι είναι ευπρόσδεκτοι). 

Η Μυρτώ Χαραλάμπους αποφοίτησε από το ινστιτούτο Core energetics της Ελλάδας το 2018. Με σπουδές θεάτρου και χορού ( διδακτορική φοιτήτρια στις παραστατικές τέχνες) προσφέρει συνεδρίες του συστήματος core energetics και καθοδηγεί μαθήματα κίνησης.

Η Μαριλένα Καβάζη είναι Core Energetics Practitioner και βοηθός στο Ινστιτούτο Core Energetics Greece από το 2019. Προσφέρει ατομικές Core Energetics συνεδρίες ενώ  και εργάζεται και ομαδικά, μέσω σεμιναρίων και μαθημάτων. Έχει επαγγελματικό background στην υποκριτική και στο γράψιμο.
